Bamburgh Castle Sky

I had thought that I would have caught up by now - but it's not the case!

A post and run sky from the top of Bamburgh Castle in Northumbria, in the NE of England.

I have to say, that although it did not plan to include the swallow, I like it!

You can find more skies at Sky Watch Friday.  SM

  9. Why is it called post and run? Is that a meteorological term or something you made up?

    Makes for a lovely picture.

  11. Being photo-bombed by a swallow...better than being choked by a swallow gone wrong! :)

  17. I like the swallow...and the whole photograph! beautiful! I'm like you, been racing to get "caught up!"

I hope you will get to come back to AZ. Your visit to the Grand Canyon was a major deal, as well as the other areas you saw. Perhaps Monument valley can be included in the next trip, though. You won't be disappointed!
