I was not really able to spend much time away from crowds when I was in India - half a days birding just outside of Delhi was a quiet as it got - and there were still people about!
These are some of the people who caught my eye as I was wandering about just being amazed at the energy of the place.

An amazingly interesting post Stewart, I think you have captured the atmosphere brilliantly.
ReplyDeleteHave a good one Gordon.
I like the colorful clothes the ladies wear
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week!
Oh but these are wonderful Stewart -- capturing the feeling. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou have captured the colour of India.
ReplyDeleteCan feel the hustle and bustle of the streets... always interesting to people-watch and see the daily doings. Seems they were happy for their photos to be taken too. Great colours and architecture too. Cheers
ReplyDeleteColour, colour everywhere! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the vibrancy of the colours and people!
ReplyDeleteI get a sense of chaos. :) Nothing like having a guy glaring down at the crowd, wearing a machinegun over his shoulder.
ReplyDeleteInteresting choices..Love the old lady with the walking stick..Great shots..Too populated for me..
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I'll bet the people watching was excellent.
