More bees from the hive down the road.
These busy chaps are collecting pollen - you can see it in the baskets on their legs - from Japanese Anemones at the front of our house. It wont be too long before the colder weather arrives and drives the bees back to hive.

For the last three years I've had Mason Bees nesting in blocks on my front porch. Fortunately before we left our cabin in January I put the nest blocks back outside just in case. Guess this was the "in case" I was preparing for even though I had no idea at the time what it would be. - Margy

I am always happy to see pollinators hard at work, especially these days when so many populations have declined.

Jaki miły widok! Urocze anemony. U mnie nie chcą rosnąć w ogrodzie.A dla pszczół jest ważne, żeby było dużo kwiatów. U mnie też spory ruch pszczół. Niebawem zakwitną drzewa owocowe. Wtedy pszczół jest najwięcej.
