Wild Bird Wednesday 306 - Rainbow Lorikeet

I have had enough of hectic - I really have!

These are some pictures I took a while ago of Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus moluccanus) in a garden just around the corner from our house.  Lured in by the promise of apples, I often see these birds on the way to work.  When I do see them, I want to stop and not go to work!

Oh well!

Cant claim these birds don't live up to their names.

  1. Very colorful birds indeed! I guess everyone with a Google blog has the same problem of not being notified of awaiting comments. I'm thinking that the privacy issue with the new EU regulations is causing great concern about bloggers' storage of individual names or identities.

  2. those Lorikeet really live up to the name :)

The email issue...I´m not happy either. There was a notice GOOGLE are changing and want do create more cool features, so, email is not cool! Right? Or maybe this is it..."Blogger no longer supports OpenID. Existing OpenID comments and your OpenID settings may have changed"
