Both walks were in perfect autumn weather - clear blue skies, crystal clear air and temperatures in the high teens - what more could you ask for.
This was the first weekend when the autumn colours were to the fore. None of these pictures are of native plants, but I can forgive them this for the colour they bring.
And another thing I like, is that if it is autumn with me, it must be spring for many of the people who visit this blog - it seems you have had a long winter!

I love fall colors, but having had that long, cold winter you referred to, I am glad it is your fall colors I am looking at. Beautiful pictures Stewart and still more color that we have here. It is rainy and still very brouwn outside ... Spring wears many cloaks and this years will not win any prizes from me. Have a wonderful week ...

ReplyDeleteFall is my favorite time of year. And yes, it's supposed to be spring here, the optimum word being "supposed". We had 32 degrees again this morning. Such a cold spring for us! No blooms yet.

ReplyDeleteFall is a favorite time for me also. Spring is here and we did have one day of cold this weekend. The weather predictions is that in about 4 days it will be in the 80-90's! Beautiful shots Stewart, enjoy!
