Well, it's a New Year - and lets start with something a little different - well, different for me at least.
I have to clear my head. I need to start posting more regularly. I just need to get going again. The world may not be the same, but I cannot hide.
These were taken while I was shopping with my daughter. I liked the colours.
Hope this first post of 2021 finds you all well. SM
When you come to visit you will obviously be the colour consultant in Miriam's sewing room, and she will be giving you lessons on her machine. Normally there is a prerequisite to enter the course - Sewing 101 - but this post qualifies you for instant acceptance.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Stewart. Nothing beats a bit colour therapy!!! I know what you mean about getting going. For me it is a complete reset now that am back full time in The Hutch and no one else's needs to tend... and then there's not have taken any photos worth scoot for most of a year. Am delving the archives now!!! Pecker up mate - she'll be right. YAM xx
Pretty!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day!
Thread colors can be gorgeous. I know because I always want one that I don't already have. I wish you success as you start out the new year. All of us are in the same boat. I just got a new battery for my DSLR and have yet to shoot a frame.
ReplyDeleteWell, there you are...being all colorful and out shopping no less!! I knew something was up. I've missed you. Hey our Eagle Survey is next weekend. Not sure how many people will partake because of good old COVID, but I'm planning on it! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!...:)jp
ReplyDeleteI wish I coud find a good sewing shop near us they just do not seem to exist!!! Happy new year and keep safe, Diane
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more of your posts this year.
ReplyDeleteLove the colours!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have your work cut out for you (no pun intended)! Pretty colors!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2021/01/classic.html
Once upon a time I liked to go to fabric stores and browse, even if I'm not into sewing or crafting. The different colors and textures made me happy.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
Worth a Thousand Words
crafty daughter. I am curious what project she is working on.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors Stewart. I wish you the best for 2021. Stay healthy.
ReplyDeleteThe colours are joyful. Another hobby opportunity for you.
ReplyDeleteDla mnie sklep z nićmi od dzieciństwa był magiczny! Babcia haftowała i szyła, i na kolorowe nici patrzałam dużo w dzieciństwie.
