Fallen Leaf / Wet Leaf

This weekend has disappeared in flurry of end of year activities - and it's only just December!

The camera - back from the hospital! - stayed more or less at home.

So here is an un-seasonal image.  An autumn oak leaf, jewelled with rain from the night before.

  3. Glad to know that your camera has recovered and ready to click some great pictures again. The autumn leaf with the dew drops is so beautiful. Sometimes little things in life can hold such beauty in them.

Have a lovely day Stewart :)

  12. Gorgeous photo! The photos of the ducklings were from the beginning of July. Second round of ducklings or just late, I don't know.

  17. I love this image, Stewart!
    Such visual interest.

We are currently amidst a 3 day snow storm that has brought down about 2 feet of snow & hasn't stopped yet..
It's a beautiful winter wonderland, but to be honest, it's quite a pain in the backside! We've been plowing & shoveling for days. And travel is near impossible for many.
Enjoy your mild weather & birdsong!! ☺
