What season is it?

One of the joys of living on the next continent north of the Antarctic is that the weather is more than a little changeable.

Last Monday the temperature was 36 c (thats about 97 in the old money!) - today, we have had hail, single figure temperatures and snow on the mountains.

This is the kind of sky that produces such weather:

  2. Beautiful picture, Stewart.
The weather in the world is really upset.
    We have a storm today.
The second major storm in a short time.

  12. Now that we spend the winter in Florida, it really is sometimes hard to remember what season it is. It's warmer here in the winter than it is in Oregon on many summer days.

You are having some very changeable weather ....but spring is like that is it not?

  15. There is one thing sure about our weather here, too - Whatever it is, it is going to change! Very pleasant temperatures here earlier in the week - now a blast of cold air with rain and possible ice and snow.
Hope you have a wonderful week-end!
