One of the things we did on the North Norfolk coast was go on a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point (the seals will come later!).
Predictably, I took some other images as well.
For those of you with a few extra minutes to spare you can read about this part of my UK trip here. I am not convinced that the last boat is an olympic class vessel!
You can find more shots from around the world at Our World Tuesday.
Love the shot of the sailing dingies all in line. The water looks a bit choppy though.
ReplyDeleteThe last one looks a little like a modern day ark. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove that shot of all the people in that tiny boat!
ReplyDeleteyep...you're so predictable.
ReplyDeleteAnything with water makes a good shot...eh
I love water shots! The third photo down is my favorite.. That boat looks kind of small for all those people.. Great series, Stewart!
ReplyDeleteHi Stewart,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos of the boats.
Photo 4 with the people in the boat is beautiful, but there are very many people.
I wish you a wonderful week.
Best regards Irma
I always love the water shots, too, and these are all great, Stewart!! Hope your week is off to a great start! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLove your photos of the boats. That one boat sure looks loaded down with people...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shots - such a lovely view!
ReplyDeletepretty scenes.
ReplyDeleteA delightful series of captures, Stewart. Love those boats!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! I like those boats.
ReplyDeleteBut I love that funky old houseboat, that last picture! Who wants to be in the Olympics anyway. You could just laze away in that old boat and nothing could bother you. Beautiful scenery (have I ever mentioned that we love boats and water ;>)!)
ReplyDeleteMaybe not Olympic class but so Mother Hubbardish.
ReplyDeleteSomehow those little shallow sailboats remind me of my daughter's favourite children's' book ;Swallows and Amazons'.
Great images, Stewart! I love boats on water.
ReplyDeleteI really like how the cottage is floating in a boat...great shot!

I've done that trip a couple of times Stewart... thanks for the memories.
ReplyDeleteFantastic, you settled an friendly debate as to whether the Blakeney Ark survived the surge storms, well you have proved it did. Huzzah!
