    I love Seahouses. It was exactly a year ago that I was looking at that scene standing on the empty, beautiful, sandy beach.

    I remember the gulls following our ferry as we made it across Currituck Sound in NC. I wrote a poem, calling them "a ribbon of gulls" for that's what they seemed like. Lovely fishing boat photo!
