Windows and Doors

Although Jakarta has very modern looking sections, you can still find evidence of the old colonial style of architecture in some places.

While I was waiting for a colleague to organise some transport I came across these windows and doors - which I think are a bit older than me!

You can find more shots from around the world at Our World Tuesday.

Actually the shutters don't look too old, but the masonry around them is crumbling, unlike you Stewart! Your shutters and your masonry all look good!

One of the bloggers I follow always captures windows, doors and, shutters. She does a great job too.

Love doors and windows but I agree with David that the shutters do look like they have had some restoration. Cheers Diane
