We were lucky enough to be invited down to Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula for the night this weekend.
A great, if short, getaway.
Here are some panorama style shots from an evening walk along the edge of the sea.
The house on the hill was not where we stayed - although I wish it was!
You can can find more shots from around the world at Our World Tuesday.

ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting house on that hill.
ReplyDeleteNumero Uno takes the first prize - the color of the sea and that of the sky are in perfect harmony!

ReplyDeleteI want a wide angle lens but they are so expensive! Lovely shots Diane
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great spot to spend a weekend and the wide shots work well.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are stunning and I can vouch for the sky being that blue as we were just down the road on the Mornington Peninsula!
ReplyDeleteYes, the house on the hill is magnificent, but that view of the ocean and shoreline from any house is mouth watering.
ReplyDeleteAndrea @ From the Sol
three lovely atmospheric shots Stewart. A lovely post.
ReplyDeleteThe house doesn't matter when the view is that splendid! And it is the beach. I look at a blog by a woman named Gemma who I think lives somewhere on the Mornington Peninsula. I had to stop to think why it sounded so familiar.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful is Flinders?! When I was growing up, we had a holiday house there, only a "stones throw" from the main street. Every year when we head down to the Mornington Peninsula, we have a day in Flinders. Beautiful panoramas!
