A Wider View

We were lucky enough to be invited down to Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula for the night this weekend.

A great, if short, getaway.

Here are some panorama style shots from an evening walk along the edge of the sea.

The house on the hill was not where we stayed - although I wish it was!

You can can find more shots from around the world at Our World Tuesday.

  18. Yes, the house on the hill is magnificent, but that view of the ocean and shoreline from any house is mouth watering.

  20. The house doesn't matter when the view is that splendid! And it is the beach. I look at a blog by a woman named Gemma who I think lives somewhere on the Mornington Peninsula. I had to stop to think why it sounded so familiar.

  21. How wonderful is Flinders?! When I was growing up, we had a holiday house there, only a "stones throw" from the main street. Every year when we head down to the Mornington Peninsula, we have a day in Flinders. Beautiful panoramas!
